How do I use the station, step by step?
Pull up, walk in with your dog and follow the screen:
- Give the tub a quick disinfect.
- Pick your wash time — 15, 20 or 30 minutes.
- Tap your card on the yellow terminal. The timer starts.
- Choose warm water, shampoo, conditioner or flea treatment as you go.
- Rinse, then dry off with the built-in dryer.
That's the whole thing. Most people are back in the car inside 15 minutes.

Do I need to bring anything?

Is there a dryer at every station?
Yes, and it's included in the price at every location. Your dog leaves dry — no wet-dog smell in the car, no damp sofa at home.
Is the water warm?

Is the tub disinfected between dogs?
Yes. Disinfecting the tub is step one of every session, before the dog goes in. The person before you did it, and you'll do it for the person after.
Can I use this instead of a groomer?
For washing, yes — that's exactly what it's for, and at €12.50 it's a fraction of a grooming appointment. For clipping, styling or nail trimming, you'll still want a groomer. A lot of people use WashNWag for the routine washes between grooming visits, which stretches the gap between appointments considerably.
