Our Story
Why we started WashNWag
Every dog owner knows the routine. A muddy walk turns into a wrestling match in the bathroom, water everywhere, towels ruined — or an expensive trip to a grooming parlour that means booking days in advance.
We thought there had to be a better way. So we set out to make dog washing genuinely convenient: dedicated, purpose-built stations you can walk into any time, with proper warm water, a raised tub that’s kind on your back, premium shampoos and a powerful dryer — all at a price that doesn’t sting.
That idea became WashNWag: a self-service dog wash designed around real dog owners and real dogs.

Why Self-Service
The best of both worlds
Traditional grooming is great, but it’s often pricey and you have to hand your dog over to a stranger. Washing at home is cheaper, but it’s messy, awkward and hard on your back.
Self-service gives you the best of both: professional-grade equipment and products, with you staying in control the whole time. You know exactly how your dog likes to be handled — and for many dogs, having their own person there makes bath time far less stressful.
It’s more affordable than the parlour, cleaner than the bathroom, and turns a chore into a little bonding session.

Every WashNWag station follows the same easy, hygienic routine.
Disinfect the tub
Every wash starts fresh — give the tub a quick disinfect before your dog hops in.
Choose your package
Pick the wash time that suits your dog on the touchscreen, then pay by card at the yellow terminal.
Wash, rinse & dry
Warm water, herbal shampoo, conditioner and a powerful dryer — everything you need is right there.
Dog Welfare
Your dog’s comfort comes first
Every part of a WashNWag station is designed with your dog’s wellbeing in mind. The tub is disinfected before each and every wash, so it’s clean and hygienic for the next dog that comes along.
We use gentle, premium herbal shampoos and conditioner that are kind to skin and coat, warm (never scalding) water, and a raised tub that keeps your dog secure and comfortable throughout. Because you stay with your dog the whole time, they’re never left with a stranger — just you, in a calm and safe space.
Happy, healthy, well-cared-for dogs are the whole point of what we do.
